This is an opportunity to join our growing product team, helping us shape the future of multi-family real estate. As a product owner, you will work within a multidisciplinary team with members from engineering, design, and quality assurance to deliver solutions that empower our clients and improve the lives of their residents.

A natural capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously is a must for success in this role. Responsibilities

Improve Yuhu’s product through a combination of research, strategy, insight, and best practices.
Work within an Agile environment to facilitate problem-solving with fellow pod members.
Helping ensure that the work we do is on time and meets the criteria set out in our user stories.
Contribute to Yuhu’s product roadmap by understanding and leveraging user feedback, market needs, and internal planning.
Translate Yuhu’s business needs into user flows and journeys, epics, and user stories.
Take a leading role in the client and integration discovery processes that help guide our product, design, and engineering choices.
Ensure that information within product backlog items, such as acceptance criteria, is clear, descriptive, and complete.
Play an active role in scrum ceremonies and other sessions necessary for building team context and cohesion.
Manage stakeholders with timely and effective communication regarding product releases, roadmaps, etc.
Contribute to test planning by ensuring plans align to acceptance criteria, and take part in testing to ensure that what is produced is aligned.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management experience, ideally including collaborating on a SaaS product.
A deep understanding of how to use research to uncover user needs.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Your ability to create clarity and context is essential for setting up other team members for success.
A demonstrated user-centric and collaborative approach that is used to tackle complex problems and deliver elegant solutions.
Experience with working closely with designers, engineers, researchers, and others to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
A proven ability to use data to drive decision-making within product delivery.
Comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process.
A curious nature and a drive to continuously learn and improve.
